Return & Exchange Policy

We will gladly accept any unused, unworn, unwashed product with original tags & packing within 7 Days of purchase for a refund or an exchange.
Please return goods with a copy of the invoice and mention the reason for returning the items.
Customer needs to return the merchandise via traceable delivery i.e. courier or registered post on his own expense to our address.
Delivery Charges will not be refunded.
We charge only 200 RS Shipping when delivering to customers. But if a customer returns an item to our address through any courier we will deduct our shipping according to the actual weight of the items. Only Rs 200 will not be deducted.
Refund requests will be processed within 7 working days after receiving the return products.
All returns should be sent to Sapphire Store, Shop # 130 131 Madina Center, Factory Area, Faisalabad.
